Your Meals Are More Than a List of Ingredients

Every meal contains dozens of nutrients that work together in complex ways. Your patterns build over weeks, unique to you. What you eat today shapes how you feel tomorrow.

When you truly understand the relationship between what you eat and how it affects your health, you can start to influence it. That understanding is what drives NutriLuma. Not just tracking what you ate - but empowering you to do something meaningful with that knowledge.

Why I Built This

I've been eating all my life - and I've spent 10 years teaching nutrition as a personal trainer, followed by over 20 years training nutritional therapists. Here's what I've learned: human nutrition has been made unnecessarily complex. Different systems, different approaches, all competing for your attention. Try this diet. Cut out that food. Follow this plan. It leads to a level of confusion that should never be.

Yes, the human body and human nutrition is a vast topic - one that every single one of us is involved in, every single day. But what if we could make it simple?

That's NutriLuma. Your food, showing you what's actually in it. Not a textbook. Not a lecture. Not another confusing system. Just your meals, your nutrients, and the context to understand what they mean.

It's built on Dr. Lawrence Plaskett's nutritional science research, dating back to 1982 - but the real insight is simpler than that: people learn when it's relevant to them.

2

See What's Really In It

Not just calories and protein. Every vitamin, mineral, amino acid, and fatty acid - analysed and compared to ranges personalised to your profile. You'll see nutrients you didn't know you were missing.

3

Discover How Nutrients Interact

NutriLuma shows you how the nutrients in your meal work together. Which ones help each other. Which ones compete. And how that affects what your body actually absorbs.

4

Learn From Your Own Food

Every meal becomes a lesson. Contextual insights explain why specific nutrients matter, what they do, and what foods can help. Education that's relevant because it's about what you just ate.

5

See Your Patterns Build

Over days and weeks, your nutritional picture emerges. Which nutrients you consistently get. Which ones you're regularly low on. Trends that a single meal can never show you.

6

Get a Plan Built From Your Food

After tracking for a few days, NutriLuma can generate a personalised meal plan based on the food you actually eat - not generic recipes from a database. Your food. Your gaps. Your plan.
